After listing the many ethics issues at play in this online approach, such as competence, confidentiality, impermissible fee sharing, conflicts, and misleading advertising, Arizona concludes that the permissibility of Groupon advertising will depend upon the specific facts of the situation, but cautions that it will be difficult to use a Groupon approach and adhere to all of the rules.
