After she was charged with a DUI and possession of a controlled substance, a Kentucky teen leaving the scene of an accident, posted “My dumb*** got a DUI and I hit a car LOL.” lands

The judge ordered that the teen delete her Facebook account. The teen subsequently refused, and the judge slapped her with a two-day sentence for contempt of court. It is unclear what law the judge invoked to mandate that the teen delete her post. The teen’s Facebook has since remained inactive. Did this judge go too far?
